First stop, the Town Hall of San Rafael, Bulacan it was located at Barangay Sampaloc along the Maharlika Highway was acquired and a new municipal hall was built. An initial Php20 million from the Office of the President, the counterpart money from the fund of this town and the countryside development fund of Bulacan 3rd District Representative were accumulated to finance the construction of the new municipal hall.
The ABS cable Company leader and some of the members, Ronald as the group leader and with his members Jeivie, Romeo, Senir and Keempee were assigned to gather for the Municipal road map and its Socio & Economics. Inside the Town hall, we met some of our classmates from the other group. (Thanks God hindi na kami mahihirapan…:-p) all I can say is the staff of San Rafael they are all kind and hospitable.
